Larry Murnane has proven his achievement methods work by his own life accomplishments. Relatively diminutive in size, he played as a quarterback, defensive back and special teams player on high school and college football teams, with a leg disability. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, despite barely getting admitted. Overcoming a public speaking anxiety, he won the vast majority of his cases as a trial lawyer before becoming a highly successful commercial real estate transactional lawyer, broker and investor — handling over $1 billion in transactions. Larry is the principal and founder of Regal Properties, a California real estate services corporation which donates 10% of its fees and commissions to charities (RegalProperties.Net). His other accomplishments include studying at the prestigious London School of Economics, serving as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court, serving on boards for various corporations and public agencies, founding the Angel Mentor Group as a business consulting and financial resource for emerging growth companies, teaching as a professor at the University of San Diego, and receiving the Pro Bono Publico Distinguished Service Award as prevailing legal counsel in a class action lawsuit on behalf of San Diego’s homeless population, against the City of San Diego.
Larry has traveled extensively in the United States and abroad, including Europe, Asia, Australia, and South, Central and North America, and he is currently studying to obtain a private pilot’s license. He has coached professional American football in the Italian Football League, in Bologna, Italy and Catania, Sicily, and coached at several San Diego high schools. He resides on Coronado Island, in San Diego County, California, where he enjoys playing guitar in a local rock band, as well as surfing, biking, paddleboarding, beach frisbee, and exercising with his wife Vanessa. His proudest accomplishments are his three beautiful children, Shiloh, Conor and Irish — happily pursuing their dreams and passions.
