How to Quickly Eradicate Negative Thoughts and Emotions

Negative thoughts and emotions are the nemeses of happiness and success. If you desire true happiness and success, you must eradicate all negative thoughts and emotions. In order to do this, recognize that BLAME is the root of all negative emotions (e.g., anger, jealousy, hatred, frustration, sadness, shame, regret, guilt, despair, etc.). Thus, you can effectively eliminate negative emotions by accepting full responsibility for everything that happens to you. Simply refuse to blame someone else, or to rationalize your situation. Refuse to let the negative words, opinions or criticisms of others (real or imagined) cause you to feel embarrassed, angry or depressed. Instead, repeat to yourself, “I AM RESPONSIBLE!” This is the antidote of negative thoughts and emotions — accepting complete responsibility for your situation. You cannot repeat the words, “I am responsible!” and still feel angry. The very act of accepting responsibility short-circuits and nullifies any negative thoughts or feelings you may be experiencing.
