Personal Assessment

Take a few minutes to make an honest assessment of your life – career, finances, hobbies, habits, spirituality, sexuality, nutrition, exercise, creative expression, education and personal growth, as well as relationships with family members, friends, colleagues, and lovers – and identify the areas that need attention or improvement.  Then, immediately commit to investing time and energy into upgrading those areas. Refuse to continue settling for less than your best in any aspect of your life, or to continue compensating for laziness, procrastination, ignorance or fear by over-achieving in another area.  Your weakest skill usually sets the height at which you can use all your other skills.  So, strive for excellence in every area of your life, in order to reach your maximum potential, fulfillment and happiness.
