As we wind down another year, it’s time to remind ourselves of the simple purpose of life — to be HAPPY.
If you failed to fulfill this purpose in 2016, don’t despair. You can easily do so in 2017, for free, by making these daily choices:
- think positive (finding the opportunity in any challenge or setback)
- express gratitude, for what you already have, and for what’s coming
- live healthily (eating whole foods and a plant-based diet, with daily exercise)
- love others, with acts of kindness, understanding, empathy, and tolerance
- give generously, sharing your time, talents and wealth
- forgive munificently
- pursue your passions, by vocation or hobby, and
- accept full responsibility for your life, without blame, and regardless of circumstances.
